We've built relationships with a small group of practitioners who know this coastline well — a massage therapist who has worked here for years, a sound healer whose sessions follow the rhythm of the tides, a yoga teacher who adapts every class to the person in front of her.
Each experience is arranged privately, upon request. Nothing is scheduled in advance, nothing feels rushed.
